In 1953, a previously unknown New Zealand bee keeper and his Nepali guide amazed the world by becoming the first to conquer Mount Everest.

The bee keeper was Edmund Hillary; his guide was Sherpa Tenzing Norgay.

Almost 50 years later, marketing specialist Tim Mace drew inspiration from this great achievement to found Tenzing, a marketing consultancy dedicated to helping brands to scale new heights of achievement.
